What skin types can use your products?
Here at CocoBronze we use hydrating aloe vera in our tans which makes it perfect for all skin types. If you have dry skin though we would recommend using a moisturiser before application. Don’t forget everyone’s skin is different and reacts differently, we’d recommend checking the ingredients list to see if there are any ingredients you know you react to. Please patch test the product 24 hours prior to a full application.
How to get the perfect tan?
• PREP YOUR SKIN – Remove hair and exfoliate, Whatever your hair removal method is, it’s always best to be silky smooth and hair-free right before you tan. Our Coco Scrub is perfect for exfoliating before and after tanning.
• APPLICATION – Moisturise your dry areas – Knees, Ankles and Elbows. Grab your CocoBronze Velvet Tanning Mitt and Mousse and stand in front of a mirror to make sure you don’t miss any spots.
• WAIT – Wait 6 – 8 hours or overnight if you can! Rinse under the shower and you are finished. Perfect Tan!
I’ve had a fake tan disaster, help?
Don’t worry it happens to the best of us. You can use our CocoBronze Scrub and Removal Mitt to take off the tan and next time make sure you follow the above steps using your CocoBronze Mitt and Mousse.

Can you tell me everything about shipping times in the UK?
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, this applies from the day your order is shipped. Orders to Ireland generally arrive in 5-10 working days. We also offer Express Shipping to the UK with DPD Courier. Express shipping takes 24 business hours to arrive once your order has been shipped, this does not include weekends. We aim to dispatch all orders by the next business day.
Due to the current situation, please be aware that the above shipping times may be temporarily affected, and you may experience delays in receiving your order. We ask you to please be patient and understand that any delays with shipping are completely out of our control. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an order confirmation email after your order is confirmed, please check this to make sure your address is correct, if your address is incorrect please contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your details. We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
We will only accept a return of a product if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition; no refund will be made for products that have been opened or are returned damaged. To return a product please contact us. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
My order was damaged when it arrived.
In the unusual event that your order arrives to you damaged, please contact us we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel my order or change my address?
As we process all orders immediately, we do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders placed. You are welcome to email us and request a cancellation/change to your order, and if possible, we will assist you. Please take care to double check your details before you complete your order.
